BIG CHEF’s Blog is back


It has been a while …. and after lots of social media posts, we have decided                             to revive our blog.

What has BIG CHEF been doing?  Delicious food of course! We have continued to delight palates, providing delectable appetizers, entrees and desserts for                                         cocktail parties and events.

There have been some exciting and positive changes we would like to share with you …

You may already know, we moved. We relocated to a bigger and better location at the Broward Plaza, 4811 S State Road 7, Davie, FL 33314,  in the center of South Florida            tri-county area with easy access to major highways.  If you are in our “neck of the woods”, we would like to invite you to tour our facility and see, first hand, our capabilities                and how we operate.

Since the humble beginning in 1999, when our core business was  Hors D’Oeuvres and Canapes, BIG CHEF has diversified its product line. Today we provide Appetizers, Artisan Breads, Hummus and Mediterranean Dips, Dim Sum, Salads, Sandwiches, Center of the Plate Entrees, Grab n Go Gourmet, Desserts, Pies and Cakes, all deliciously made here from scratch.  Collaborating within the industry we expanded into a Full Service Event Group.

When you share your vision and communicate effectively, you inspire and engage others —          our talented staff is our  key ingredient.
