BIG CHEF hosted a Foodservice Gastronomic Soirée on August 8th, 2016 for the culinary industry, when the attendees experienced the taste of delectable hors d’oeuvres, fresh canapés, hummus and Mediterranean dips, sushi, dim sum, gourmet desserts, cakes, pies, brigadeiros and other items featured. Guests sipped boutique wines, toured the USDA & FDA inspected facility and socialized among chefs and foodies.
The event aims to gather friends of the culinary industry for a gastronomic soirée “back of the house” and showcase BIG CHEF’s new items like the Chutney Line and AIOLIS for the upcoming season. The Foodservice Gastronomic Soirée is hosted a couple of times per year in Summer months.
